- 1. To assist industry members in coming up with a Collective Bargaining Agreement for the industry.
- 2. To assist in avoiding and settling of labour disputes within the industry.
- 3. To ensure compliance with Labour Statutes including the CBA within the Industry.
- 4. To coordinate training and educational seminars for employers and employees on Labour issues.
- 5. To allow provision for relief in cases of operational challenges/ Exemptions.
