1. 1. To assist industry members in coming up with a Collective Bargaining Agreement for the industry.
  2. 2. To assist in avoiding and settling of labour disputes within the industry.
  3. 3. To ensure compliance with Labour Statutes including the CBA within the Industry.
  4. 4. To coordinate training and educational seminars for employers and employees on Labour issues.
  5. 5. To allow provision for relief in cases of operational challenges/ Exemptions.
